Once an avid farmer, cultivated hybrid seeds of Oryza sativa which were popular in the island. But, as rice-farming was no longer profitable, he decided to seek a more challenging job for a living. (He prefers to name it “Daily routines“). Intoxicated by some manga about cookery and a delicious TV show “Iron Chef“, he fell in love with food processing, and sometimes made a daydreaming of it –not the one in the bathroom. He had lost his dream to be a student in Le Cordon Bleu due to his family forbid him to study abroad. Then, in chasing his passion of cookery he studied by trial-and-error, pushing the spices and ingredients to the limit, even mix them with some sort of nuclear atoms to enhance the flavour, which he believes is a zillion times safer and tastier than Essence of Taste.

In his spare time he makes experimental cocktail recipes and taste-test them to some friends. He insists not to test them on animals because of his respect to PETA and his love of The Body Shop values.

He believes that music speak louder than words. So, he thinks that his Friendster profile would be more descriptive than a short bio.
